It’s hard to know what to do when someone tells you they has been subjected to sexual harassment or sexual assault in a professional setting. Possibility Seeds created the ARC Model© to help education and workplaces clearly and compassionately respond to sexual harassment and sexual assault disclosures. 

The steps in this model are: Acknowledge, Respond, and Connect.
